Falls, NY – As the Glens Falls Golden Eagles enter a two game home
stand hosting the Watertown Wizards, Head Coach John Mayotte stands
just two wins from reaching 200 total wins over his eight seasons with
the team.
The
seasoned skipper’s career record with the Golden Eagles currently
stands at 198-120 resulting in an excellent .623 winning percentage
with the team. The Madeiria, FL resident has been the only coach to
ever direct the Glens Falls summer collegiate team becoming well-known
and respected throughout the area. Coach Mayotte holds numerous
coaching records and accolades and has coached many prominent major
leaguers such as Jeff Bagwell and Albert Belle.
Today,
Wednesday, the Golden Eagles are hosting Hudson River Community Credit
Union Night which will feature free backpacks, tote-bags, and
opportunities to win gift-cards. Free family tickets are available
while supplies last at local HRCCU branches.
The
second game of the home stand vs. Watertown on Thursday will be
