GLENS FALLS -- Alex Pepe hurled a complete-game three-hitter as the Glens Falls Golden Eagles romped past Little Falls 6-0 in NYCBL action on Sunday night at East Field.
Pepe, a southpaw out of Florida Atlantic, picked up his first win in his fourth start. He struck out 11 batters and walked two.
Jake Owens and Dan DeGeorge had half of Glens Falls' right hits. DeGeorge, the shortstop, drove in two runs.
First-place Glens Falls improved to 12-2.

Adirondack Reds drop South Colonie
LAKE GEORGE -- Mike Tirri doubled in the only two runs Adirondack would need in the win.
Mike Harrington and Erick Forlie combined to surrender just five four hits to the Raiders. Harrington, who earned the win in relief, doubled and scored a run.
James Ross added two hits.

Granville takes a pair
Granville won a pair of American Legion baseball games on Saturday, getting strong pitched performances out of Adam Somich and Dylan Miller.
In a 5-2 win over the Champlain Edge, Miller threw a complete-game three hitter, striking out seven. He also scored twice. Connor Hoagland went 3-for-4 with three runs scores.
In a 9-8 win over the Plattsburgh Hitmen, Will Hadeka scored twice. Somich was hurt by six errors, but still earned the win.
