Eagles rained out

Published on 6/30/2005

The Glens Falls Golden Eagles got a much-needed night off Wednesday.

With their pitching staff depleted and the team's record standing at 2-14, the New York Collegiate Baseball League squad saw its game with Plattsburgh rained out at East Field.

The game will be made up as part of a doubleheader July 7.

Glens Falls returns to action tonight at Watertown, and will be home again Friday at 7 p.m. to take on first-place Amsterdam.
