Then you may be perfect as a Golden Eagle Host Parent/Family!

This year, approximately 25 young men will move to the Glens Falls area for the summer to play for the Glens Falls Golden Eagles. From June 5 through August 8, these young, aspiring ballplayers hone their baseball skills by playing 42 games in 51 days. Players come from all over the United States to participate in the New York Collegiate Baseball League and be a part of the Glens Falls Golden Eagles baseball team.

Experience Memories that Last a Lifetime!

In the five-year history of the Golden Eagle’s , the host family program has become a vital part of the team's success both on-and-off the field. Having the players become a part of a local family helps these young men have some sense of normalcy in a strange new city. Many of the players become more than a guest, they actually become part of the family.

Here's the Pitch

—Provide a home and a bed for player(s) during the baseball season
—Your family receives complimentary season tickets and will be invited to attend special pre-season and post-season host family events
—Discounts on team merchandise
—Host family children attend camps and clinics for free
